I am a Wellness and Counselling Consultant with a Master’s in Applied Psychology, a Master’s Diploma in Guidance & Counselling, and advanced training in Yoga and Ayurvedic Wellness. With over 20 years of experience, I help individuals navigate emotional challenges with a blend of eastern traditions and psychological insight.

I do not provide clinical psychologist or psychotherapist services; I offer non-clinical guidance and practical tools for managing stress, improving emotional resilience, and achieving mind-body balance.
