This practice supports overall fitness, endocrine balance, inner body repair, and resetting your energy.
Ayurvedic Yoga
Ayurvedic Yoga is specially designed based on your unique body type (dosha), age, time of day, and specific health conditions.It addresses your individual needs and helps correct imbalances through personalized programs. Please check the schedule for upcoming classes and retreats.
